Eye: 52
Bridge: 21.5
Temple: 145

Frame Color: Fog
Lens Color: Space Blue
Hardware: Sterling Silver

A sharp, unisex cat-eye silhouette inspired by the late 1960s. Custom front pin ornaments with Art-Deco hairline filigree. 7-barrel hinges with custom spur shaped riveting system. 2-base Nylon lenses with backside anti-reflective coating treatment and 100% UV protection.

The Parker parallels the power of its progenitors, united in a unisex cat eye design, evoking the past and lasting presence of Cynthie Anne Parker and her son, Quanah Parker - final Chief of the Comanche Tribe. A slender soliloquy, molded with sharp arrowhead edges as a late sixties silhouette, carved from time with a thick temple that rides flush with the frame front. A piece for the chronicle chief.

Please use the microfiber cloth provided by Tejesta to wipe your lenses to keep them dust, oil, and fingerprint free. Try not to use your shirt or any other potentially abrasive material to clean your lenses as there is a possibility they will scratch. We highly recommend rinsing your glasses in fresh water if you plan on wearing them to the beach, as the salty air can damage your frames. Don't leave them in the direct sunlight (for instance on your car’s dash) as slight warping can occur.

The Inspiration

Quanah was the son of Chief Peta Nocona and Cynthia Ann Parker, a white woman captured by the Comanches as a child.

Portrait of Quanah Parker

Meticulous Materials

"Forty years ago my mother died. She captured by Comanches, nine years old. Love Indian and wild life so well, no want to go back to white folks. All same people anyway, God say. I love my mother."
